Pastors Conference
Each year in mid-February, Rosedale Network hosts a major training event for Rosedale Network ministers and their wives. While the program is designed especially with pastors in mind, missionaries, ministry leaders, and congregational lay leaders are also encouraged to attend.

Guest Speaker
Greg is the founder of Dare 2 Share Ministries. In the last 30 years, Greg has trained millions of pastors and students on how to relationally engage their world with the good news of Jesus. He is a former pastor, church planter, and youth leader, as well as the author of numerous books, including his latest, Unlikely Fighter and Radical Like Jesus.
Plenary Session 1: Gospel Transformation
In this session, Greg will share how the gospel transformed his life and family, teaching from the Bible about its power. He will challenge us to consider our passion for transforming our communities and our compassion for the lost and broken, emphasizing that our church carries the message of hope.
Plenary Session 2: Gospel Urgency
In this session, Greg will explore the church’s calling and urgency in fulfilling God’s mission. He’ll help us assess whether we are genuinely focused on making disciples or merely serving as a Christian club. This commitment begins with intentional gospel conversations in our communities.
Plenary Session 3: Gospel Equipping
We understand the transformational power of the gospel and the church’s urgent mission. What are some practical ways to equip your churches for this mission? In this session, Greg will train us with three tools to help mobilize churches to share the gospel.

Registration & Lodging Information
Registration opens no later than December 8 of each year. Free will offerings will be received for meals and other conference expenses.
- You can register for Pastors Conference and in-home lodging using the registration button below.
- *Note: In-home lodging registration closes by 8:30 am February 2. In-home lodging registrants will receive lodging information around February 6. For questions concerning your in-home lodging connections, contact Jenell Shrock.
- The following hotels have a block of rooms reserved for Pastors Conference with special rates. (Info coming in December.)
Childcare
Childcare will be available for children ages 2–5 years during the following times:
- Monday & Tuesday Evenings: 6:30 pm until evening session concludes.
- Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday mornings: During plenary, business, and women’s sessions
- Tuesday & Wednesday afternoons: 1:30 pm until breakout sessions conclude
Please pick up your child(ren) promptly when sessions conclude.
Note: Childcare will not be provided during free time.
Homeschool Room
- A room will be available for all school-aged children from 9:00 am to noon on Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday.
- Homeschool parents shall collaborate to supervise the homeschool room(s) during these times.
- The local committee will plan activities for all homeschool students on Tuesday and Wednesday from1:30 pm until breakout sessions conclude.

Counseling Opportunity
Through a grant from Everence, Rosedale Network is providing free personal and/or couple counseling sessions for pastors at Pastors Conference on Tuesday and Wednesday with Dave Musser on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like to schedule a meeting with Dave, please contact Conference Pastor Darren Peachey.
Donations
Pastors Conference has always been a donation-only event. Below is a suggested donation amount per adult to cover the cost of the conference.
Suggested Donation
Adults – $125 (Covers the cost of sessions and meals for the entire week.)
Children and youth, ages 17 and under – free
Donations may be made in the following ways:
- Using the “Donate” button in the header or footer of our website when you register
- During the Tuesday evening service
- In the food line at any of the meal times
- By check, credit card, or PayPal at the registration desk
If it’s within your means, we invite you to consider contributing a bit more to support others who may not be able to do so..
