Excellent customer service means understanding the needs and desires of your unique customer base, and consistently meeting and exceeding those expectations. It strengthens company culture and brand, helps retain customers, generates referrals, and gives you a competitive advantage. She has a passion for outreach and has helped start an inner-city children’s ministry in Elkhart. Dave is the founder of Dave’s Landscaping, consisting of 40 to 50 employees, currently celebrating 30 years of business. Wellspring Components, LLC was started four generations ago in the mid-1950s. Big Ben Miller, from the hills of the Ohio Swiss Valley, gathered his blacksmith tools and set up shop outside of Shipshewana, Indiana, where he served the surrounding farming community. Though he is gone, his legacy continues through his descendants. Wellspring Components has evolved into multiple divisions catering to various markets. The company is well-known for its ceramic grills, aluminum grill cabinets, and modular outdoor kitchen units.

ARI Legacy Sleepers was formed by seven individuals who came together looking for a way to build a better product and a way to provide better service in the custom sleeper market.

Because one of its original founders was an owner-operator, ARI understands the importance of quality engineering and production to prevent downtime while on the road.
