Jesus recognized that people develop at different stages and He invited them to take the next step. In this four-chair teaching, we will examine how Jesus did this and how we can do the same.

Dean serves as strategic ministry catalyst for Sonlife ministries in northeast Florida. He and his wife, Amy, actively make disciples and train disciple-makers as they abide, obey, and engage in the mission of Jesus.
Join Dennis as he shares his story of designing and implementing a succession plan for the church he started in Cape Coral, Florida, identifying five important ingredients.

Dennis is the husband of Linda, a dad, a grandpa, and the founding pastor of Cape Christian in Cape Coral, Florida. His mission is to inspire transformissional living in others.
Young people engage with Christ and the Church powerfully when they’re treated less like hippos and more like honeybees. This breakout session will explore practical ways that youth leaders can disciple young people as contributors to the Kingdom.

Josh is the ministry director for Christian Endeavor after youth pastoring for over a decade. He helps churches establish effective discipleship strategies for their youth ministry and enjoys spending time with his family.
At times, our children choose to follow other gods. We wonder, “What did we do wrong? What do we do now?” Join us as we share, listen, and pray with others on a similar journey.

Joe and Naomi have served in pastoral ministry for 32 years in Salisbury, Pennsylvania. They are now finding joy in Joe’s construction work, Naomi’s life coaching ministry, and their 12 children and many grandchildren.
Our Creator has placed rhythms into the very fabric of nature and people. In this session, we will explore how to embrace these rhythms and begin seeing them as blessings from our loving Father.

Phil is lead pastor of Dayspring Mennonite Church in Midland, Virginia. He is the husband of Emily and the father of three daughters and one son.
There are many ways to write sermons. This session is about their presentation and delivery. Whatever your approach to sermons may be, how they are delivered can equip you with more than good intentions.

Reuben is the associate pastor at London Christian Fellowship and teaches and serves as Director of Library Services at Rosedale Bible College. Reuben and his wife, Vicki, live in London, Ohio, and have three adult sons.
Criticism is unfortunately a reality of pastoral ministry. In this session, we will discuss how to navigate criticism when confronted with it. This breakout session will be interactive as we learn from and encourage one another.

Duane is from Apple Creek, Ohio, and has been married to Verda for 38 years. They have two married sons and a daughter, as well as four grandchildren.
