Presenters

Daniel and Danae live in Cumberland, Maryland, and have two children. They share a passion for worship and ministry, serving their church and community together. Daniel is an elder at Calvary Chapel Cumberland and serves as Director of Environmental, Health, Safety, and Compliance at Beitzel Corporation and Pillar Innovations.

Ernest is the founder and steward of Homestead Furniture, Abner Henry, and AH MFG, known globally for bespoke craftsmanship and innovation. A husband, father of seven, and grandfather, he is passionate about helping leaders steward their talents to create legacies that honor God and serve future generations.

Jason is president of Coblentz Family Brands, which he co-founded in 1987 and has grown to include multiple confectionery companies. A seasoned leader, he has served on local and national nonprofit boards and is an elder at United Dayspring Mennonite Church. Jason enjoys golfing, traveling with his wife, Mary, and time with their expanding family.

Marcus is Executive Director of the Amish & Mennonite Heritage Center and the Ohio Amish Library. A Holmes County native, he is active in preaching, teaching, and writing in the Mennonite church. Marcus holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the Ohio State University and a master’s in the history of Christianity from Yale University.

Jim and his wife, Audrey, serve as the pastoral team of Oasis Community Church, a Rosedale Network congregation in Lexington, Kentucky, which they planted in 1985. Jim also co-owns Epic Lawn Care and is a gifted storyteller, bringing humor and heart to both the pulpit and the stage.

Laban and his wife, Mary Ann, co-own Top Mops Cleaning Service in Lexington, Kentucky. Laban serves as chair of the Rosedale Bible College Board of Directors, bringing experience in healthcare leadership, organizational communication, and the arts. Mary Ann serves as CEO of Top Mops, leading with a people-centered approach to business growth and supporting creative and organizational initiatives.

Morgan is an indie folk artist from Hartville, Ohio, known for raw acoustic sound and faith-filled storytelling. Influenced by Bon Iver, Mumford & Sons, and Noah Kahan, his music holds heartbreak and hope together. His debut album, Grey’s Lake, invites listeners to worship, reflect, and remember that grace meets us right where we are.

Rick is the director of the School of Business & Leadership at Rosedale Bible College, holding an MBA in Organizational Leadership. He uses his energy and experience to foster positive environments and promote growth in individuals and organizations through strategic planning. A longtime advocate of discipleship, he enjoys teaching and curriculum development. Rick and his wife, Candy, have two daughters and enjoy golf, reading, and fitness.

Jim is President of Keim, a role he has held since 2019, and owner of Bird-in-Hand Corporation, specializing in hospitality since 1984. His background includes senior leadership roles in higher education at Eastern Mennonite University and Lebanon Valley College. Jim holds a Ph.D. in Management, an MBA, and a bachelor’s degree from Goshen College.
